Introduction

"Unencumbered by wires, information is flowing into every corner of our world at an ever increasing rate and through an ever increasing range of digital platforms. The single greatest challenge facing digital industries is understanding how this explosion of data will be woven into the fabric of consumers' lives." -- Marek Pawlowski, founder of MEX.

Driven by ubiquitous wireless connectivity, the world around us is becoming a hybrid environment, where the physical landscape is overlaid by a virtual web of digital experience. In this world, customers expect to interact with brands through multiple digital platforms, devices and physical touch points.

The new challenge is to deliver a compelling user experience across these numerous channels, balancing the desire for brand consistency with the requirement to optimise services for the unique characteristics of each platform.

The most successful companies will be those who weave these multiple bitstreams into complex pictures of experience. The most successful services will be those which use wireless technology to meld together multiple platforms and become greater than the sum of their parts.

Who is the event for?
